Privacy Policy
Effective: April 1, 2026. Lillibelle LLC (the ‘Company,’ ‘we,’ or ‘us’) operates this website. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Information we collect.
When you place an order we collect: your name; billing address; email address; phone number; the products you ordered; the IP address used at checkout; and payment information (card type, last four digits, expiration). Full card numbers and CVV are processed by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
When you contact support we collect: your name, email, phone number, order number, and the contents of your message.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, government IDs, biometric data, precise geolocation, or sensitive health data.
2. How we use your information.
We use your information to issue your software license, deliver your license key by email, send transactional messages (order confirmation, license delivery, renewal reminders), provide customer support, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. We use it for marketing emails ONLY if you opted in.
3. Marketing communications.
Transactional messages (order, license delivery, renewal reminders) are required and cannot be opted out of. Marketing emails are opt-in only. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link; clicking it removes you from the marketing list within 24 hours. You can also unsubscribe by emailing support@safeviraconsultingprofessionals.com.
4. Cookies and tracking.
We use first-party cookies for cart, session, and login functionality. We do not run third-party advertising or social-media tracking pixels. We use a privacy-respecting analytics tool to count anonymous page views; we do not share user-level analytics data with third parties.
5. Sharing your information.
We share order data only with: (a) our payment processor, to process the charge; (b) our email-delivery provider, to send the license key and transactional emails; (c) our customer-support helpdesk software; (d) law-enforcement agencies if required by valid legal process. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
6. Data retention.
We retain order records for 7 years to comply with U.S. tax and accounting requirements. We retain support tickets for 3 years. License-key records are retained for the life of the license plus 1 year. Marketing-list entries are retained until you unsubscribe. After the retention period, records are deleted or anonymized.
7. Children.
This website is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, contact support@safeviraconsultingprofessionals.com and we will delete it.

10. EU and UK residents (GDPR / UK GDPR).
If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection under GDPR / UK GDPR.
